• kambobiz is 100% satisfied or refunded
  • If the ordered products are delivered damaged or do not conform to what the customer ordered it will have to return them to us and will benefit from a new deliveries (expenses to our expenses) or will be entirely refunded.
  • Refunds, if applicable, at the discretion of the Management, will only be made to the debit/credit card used for the original transaction.
  • Can not be refunded or exchanged:

             - all unclaimed deliveries

             - all shipments refused for any reason

             - all products returned by the postal service
