Curry is a traditional Cambodian spice, mixed of five herbs and roots: Anise Star, Lemongrass, Kaffir Lime Leaves, Curcuma & Galangal. No flavor additives or preservatives.
Curry for 2 persons: Curry powder 2 tbsp, Coconut milk 1 can, Some garlic, Some shallots Some vegetables of your choice, Chicken/fishFry the fish/chicken in the oil of your choice with shallot, garlic, salt and pepper for 2 minutes. Add the curry powder, coconut milk, and the vegetables and let it cook until it's well done.
